Your questions answered

How do I list my property, step by step?

It takes about 20–30 minutes. Have your photos, room prices and house rules ready, then follow these steps:

  1. 1Click “Get started now” and enter your email address.
  2. 2Enter your contact details: your name and phone number.
  3. 3Enter your business details: business name and address. A tax ID such as a KRA PIN is optional.
  4. 4Create a password. Your account is created — click “Continue to list your property” and you go straight to the property form, already signed in.
  5. 5Fill in the property name, type, description, city or area, street address and a phone number or email for guests, then click “Save and continue”. Tip: type your address under “Find your address” and pick it from the list — we fill in the street, town and map pin for you. Coming back later? Sign in to the partner portal and open “My properties”.
  6. 6Open the “Photos” tab and upload at least 3 photos. Click the star on your best photo to make it the cover.
  7. 7Open the “Rooms” tab and add each room type: name, number of units, nightly price, how many guests it sleeps, beds and cancellation policy. Under the price you see what you earn after our 12% commission.
  8. 8Open the “Policies” tab: set check-in and check-out times and house rules, and choose how guests pay — online through GuestsDeals or at your property.
  9. 9Open the “Agreement” tab: say whether you list as an individual or a business, enter your names as on your ID, your phone numbers and who we contact about payments. Then read the partner agreement we prepare for you and sign it by typing your full name.
  10. 10Click “Submit for review”. Our team checks your listing, usually within 2 business days, and emails you as soon as it is live.
How much does it cost to list my property?
Listing is free and there are no setup fees. GuestsDeals only charges a commission on bookings you receive. Boost packages are optional: they keep your listing at the top of search results.
What do I need to sign up?
An email address, a phone number, and your business name and address. A tax ID such as a KRA PIN is optional and can be added later.
How do I get paid?
You choose when you list your property. Either guests pay online through GuestsDeals and we send you the payout in your property’s currency, or guests pay you directly at the property and we invoice you for our commission.
How long until my property goes live?
After you add your property, our team reviews the listing. You’ll get an email as soon as it’s approved. A newly approved listing is shown at the top of search results for its first few minutes. After that it stays in search for free and guests can still book it, below boosted listings.
Can I list more than one property?
