Questions and answers
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver tracks your flight and waits for you, so a delay does not cost you anything extra. Free waiting time starts when your flight lands.
Where will I meet my driver?
At the airport your driver waits in arrivals with a sign with your name. At a hotel or address the driver meets you at the entrance at the pick-up time.
What is included in the price?
The price you see is for the whole car, not per person, and includes the driver, fuel, tolls, parking and airport fees. Taxes and fees are shown before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Most rides can be cancelled for free up to 24 hours before pick-up. The exact terms are shown before you book and in your confirmation.
When do I get my driver's details?
The taxi company sends the driver's name, phone number and car before your pick-up. We send them to you by email and SMS, and they appear in your booking.
